Seher serves as the Assistant Director is Spiritual Life and Advisor for Muslim Affairs at the University of Chicago where she works with all the religious student groups and communities. She completed her B.S. in Psychology and Religious Studies at Santa Clara University and she earned her M.A. in Religious Studies and Graduate Certificate in Islamic Chaplaincy from Hartford Seminary. She spent two years as a Chaplain in Residence at Georgetown University where she also completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Georgetown University Hospital. Seher is passionate about building communities and interfaith bridges within her professional and personal lives. She enjoys baking and gets inspiration from her students, who happily taste-test.
